摘要
目的评价移动健康(mHealth)干预对身体活动水平的影响,为移动健康在身体活动促进领域的应用提供参考。方法检索PubMed、Medline、Embase、Web of Science,中国知网、维普网、万方等数据库,搜集利用移动健康相关措施对身体活动进行干预的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为2000年1月1日至2021年12月31日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险。采用Stata 15.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14项RCT,包括1564名调查对象。mHealth干预组每日步数与对照组相比有所增加,加权均数差(WMD)=618.77步/d(95%CI:391.71~845.84步/d)。分别按干预期和移动健康干预是否伴有人工干预进行亚组分析,结果显示各亚组身体活动水平均有所增加,干预时间>12周亚组WMD=457.15步/d(95%CI:157.48~756.83步/d),干预时间≤12周亚组WMD=836.66步/d(95%CI:488.71~1184.60步/d);移动健康干预结合人工干预亚组WMD=873.68步/d(95%CI:397.42~1349.94步/d),采用单一移动健康干预亚组WMD=543.79步/d(95%CI:285.47~802.10步/d)。对5项报告了体重变化的研究进行Meta分析,结果显示,与对照组相比,干预组体重有所降低,WMD=-0.18 kg(95%CI:-0.74~0.38 kg),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用移动健康干预可增加人群的身体活动水平。
Objective To assess the effects of mobile health(mHealth)intervention on physical activity,and provide the reference for the application of mHealth in physical activity promotion.Methods PubMed,Medline,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)to employ mHealth for physical activity intervention published from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,and assessed risk of bias in the included studies.The meta-analysis was performed using Stata 15.1 software.Results The study included 14 RCTs with 1564 subjects.The results showed that mHealth intervention group increased the steps per day as compared with control group,weighted mean difference(WMD)=618.77 steps/d(95%CI:391.71-845.84 steps/d).According to intervention duration and mHealth with or without manual intervention,subgroup analysis showed that the physical activity levels in all subgroups increased,in the subgroup with intervention duration>12 weeks,WMD was 457.15 steps/d(95%CI:157.48-756.83 steps/d);in the subgroup with intervention duration≤12 weeks,WMD was 836.66 steps/d(95%CI:488.71-1184.60 steps/d);in the subgroup with combined mHealth and manual intervention,WMD was 873.68 steps/d(95%CI:397.42-1349.94 steps/d);in subgroup only with mHealth,WMD was 543.79 steps/d(95%CI:285.47-802.10 steps/d).The meta-analysis of 5 studies that reported weight change showed as compared with control group,the weight of intervention group decreased but P>0.05,WMD was-0.18 kg(95%CI:-0.74-0.38 kg).Conclusion mHealth intervention can increase the level of physical activity.
