母亲孕期叶酸补充与儿童肥胖的关系研究进展

摘要 世界卫生组织 (World Health Organization,WHO)将超重与肥胖定义为“可损害健康的异常或过量脂肪积累”。《中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告(2020 年)》数据显示,我国 6~17 岁的儿童青少年肥胖率接近 7.9%,6 岁以下儿童的肥胖率为 3.6%,对儿童肥胖的预防刻不容缓[1]。健康和疾病的发育起源理论(developmental origins of health and disease,DOHa D)认为,除了遗传和环境因素,子宫内的营养环境也可能会影响日后包括肥胖在内的多种慢性病的发生风险[2]。
