Study of an Intellectual Property Information Service Capability Maturity Model of University Libraries

明确高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力评价标准与未来改进方向,有助于推动高校图书馆知识产权信息服务发展。在现有研究基础上,从五大能力维度出发构建高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力评价指标体系,基于成熟度理论进行成熟度等级和测度标准设计,构建面向高校图书馆的知识产权信息服务能力成熟度模型。以5所高校图书馆为例对模型进行应用。对于不同发展阶段、不同服务能力的高校图书馆而言,模型能帮助其明确自身知识产权信息服务能力定位,并为未来发展提供具体的措施和步骤。

Clarifying the evaluation criteria and future improvement directions of intellectual property information service capability of university libraries can help promote the development of intellectual property information service of university libraries.Based on the existing research, the evaluation index system of intellectual property information service capability of university libraries is constructed from five major capability dimensions.Then, the maturity level and measurement criteria are designed based on maturity theory.Finally, a maturity model of intellectual property information service capability for university libraries is constructed.Five university libraries are used as examples to apply the model.For university libraries at different development stages and with different service capabilities, this model can help them clarify the positioning of their IP information service capabilities and provide specific measures and steps for future development.
