中医论治理论的内涵剖析和体系构建

中医论治理论是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,代表性的有审因论治、辨体论治、辨机论治、辨经论治、辨症论治、辨证论治和辨病论治。文章深入分析了上述各论治理论的内涵以及存在的问题,并从中医哲学思维与论治理论,各论治理论之间如何相辅相成、融合发展,以及论治理论的创新发展3个方面详细阐述了中医论治理论体系的构建,提出辨病论治和辨证论治的有机结合是论治理论体系的关键,审因、辨体、辨机、辨经、辨症是论治理论体系和临床诊疗体系的重要组成。

The theory of TCM therapy is an important part of the theoretical system of TCM,basing on the identification of disease cause,constitution,mechanism,meridian,symptoms,syndroms and disease.This paper deeply analyzes the connotation and existing problems of the above-mentioned theories of therapy,and elaborates the construction of the treatment theories with TCM from three aspects:TCM philosophy and treatment theories,how the theories complement each other,integrate and develop,and the treatment innovation.It puts forward that the combination of disease differentiation and syndrom differentiation is the key to the theoretical system of TCM treatment.It also states the important components of the TCM treatment theory and clinical diagnosis including the identification of disease cause,constitution,mechanism,meridians,and symptoms.
