基于阵列式电极与非线性动力学探讨腧穴电敏特征的体表分布规律 被引量:3

Exploring on the body surface distribution pattern of electrical characteristics of acupoint based on multi-electrode array and nonlinear dynamics

摘要 文章通过分析经穴电学检测仪器的特点及其测量干扰因素,并结合当前电信号分析多采用简单的线性规律对比方法,以探讨目前经穴电学特征研究的困境,进而梳理近年腧穴电敏检测技术改良的相关研究。在此基础上,根据穴位动态性特征的敏化概念以及针灸临床干预体系的理念,提出基于经穴电学特征的电敏研究应表征体表刺激的远端响应亦或疾病状态的体表反映。进而提出采用阵列式电极联合非线性动力学的方法研究腧穴电敏体表分布规律并对其进行了初步探索,以期为穴位分布规律的科学表述提供研究策略与参考。 The electrical measurement setup of meridian-acupoint and its characteristics are described.And the method of analysis is that imple linear models were used to data.Therefore,there are still some dilemmas for electrical stuty of meridianacupoint at present.Then the relevant research on the improvement of acupoint-electricity detection technology in recent years is summarized.On this basis,according to the concept of sensitization of dynamic characteristics of acupoints and the concept of clinical intervention system of acupuncture,it is proposed that the electrosensitive research based on electrical characteristics of meridian-acupoint should represent the distal response of body surface stimulation or the body surface reflection of disease state.Then,the method of multi-electrode array combined with nonlinear dynamics was proposed to study the distribution law of acupoint-electricity point surface,and the preliminary exploration was carried out,in order to provide research strategy and reference for the scientific expression of the distribution law of acupoints.
