突发性耳聋是耳鼻喉科的常见病种,发病率逐年增加。本病在不同程度上影响人们的工作和生活,严重可导致永久性耳聋。西医治疗突发性耳聋尚无特效疗法,针灸在治疗本病上具有一定的优势。陈振虎教授认为本病辨证应化繁为简,着眼于经脉,把握主要矛盾即经脉不通,强调针具对疗效的影响,擅长使用岐黄针治疗本病,临证主取三阳经穴,重视针养结合,临床疗效明显。

Sudden deafness is a common disease in the otolaryngological department,which has a rising trend year by year.The disease affects work and life to varying degrees,and even causing permanent deafness.There is no specific therapeutic measure of western medicine for this disease,while acupuncture and moxibustion have certain advantages and characteristics.Professor CHEN Zhen-hu believes that the syndrome differentiation of this disease should be simplified,focusing on the meridians and grasping the main contradiction namely the meridians block.He emphasizes the influence of needles on the curative effect and was good at using Qihuang needles to treat the disease.He takes Sanyang meridian points as the main symptom,pays attention to the combination of needles and nourishing,and has an obvious clinical effects.
