从冲任的枢机作用论治排卵障碍性不孕

Pathomechanism and treatment of anovulatory infertility based on pivotal role of Chong-Ren

冲任在女性生殖轴中起到上以承天癸、下以接胞宫的枢机作用,并通过与脏腑及十二经气血的紧密联系、相互影响,构成以冲任为联络中心的动态平衡网。这一网络上脏腑、气血、经络等任一环节的病变最终都可能影响冲任而导致妇科疾病的发生。冲任的“不足”与“不通”导致卵子无法正常排出是引起排卵障碍性不孕发生的核心环节。文章将立足冲任失调、枢机失序的病机核心,总结临床上调治冲任、通利枢机的中医治疗方法,以期为排卵障碍性不孕提供证治思路。

Chong-Ren plays a pivotal role in the female’kidney-menstruation-Chong Ren-uterus’axis by connecting the menstruation and regulating the uterus.At the same time,a dynamic balance network is formed around ChongRen through it’s close connection and interaction with Zang-Fu,qi and blood of twelve meridians.As a result,pathological changes caused by Zang-Fu,qi and blood,meridians or any other parts on the network may eventually affect Chong-Ren and lead to gynecological diseases.The key pathogenesis of anovulatory infertility is infrequent or absent ovulation cause by the deficiency or impassability of Chong-Ren.According to the dysfunction of Chong-Ren,this paper provides therapeutic principle for anovulatory infertility by concluding treatment methods to regulate and tonify Chong-Ren in traditional Chinese medicine.
