中医色诊的客观化研究进展

Research progress on objectification of color diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine

色诊是中医望诊中的重要方法,在秦汉时期就已具有丰富的内涵,并在后世不断发展完善。笔者就色诊理论的文献整理研究、色诊客观化的技术研究、色诊客观化的临床应用3个方面梳理了近十年来的色诊研究进展。目前对色诊的研究取得了很好的成绩,但仍存在一定问题:对传世医书的整理不够完善,对除《黄帝内经》外的医书研究较少;聚焦于面部色诊,对其他部位的色诊研究缺失;客观化的技术研究不够完善,未建立统一标准;临床应用性不够。因此,对于色诊的研究工作仍需不断深入,以期提高色诊的临床应用性,为临床诊断提供有效帮助。

Color diagnosis is an important method in traditional Chinese medicine.It has rich connotation in the Qin and Han dynasties,and has been continuously developed and improved in later generations.The author combs the research progress of color diagnosis in recent ten years from three aspects:the literature collation and research of color diagnosis theory,the technical research of objectification of color diagnosis and the clinical application of objectification color diagnosis.At present,the research on color diagnosis has made good achievements,but there are still some problems:the collation of handed down medical books is not perfect,and there is less research on medical books except Huangdi Neijing;Focus on facial color diagnosis,lack of color diagnosis research on other parts;The objective technical research is not perfect and no unified standard is established;Insufficient clinical application.Therefore,the research on color diagnosis still needs to be deepened in order to improve the clinical application of color diagnosis and provide effective help for clinical diagnosis.
