地龙鉴定方法的研究现状与展望

Current status and prospect of identification methods of Chinese medicine Pheretima

地龙是常用的动物类中药材,其来源以野生为主,随着需求量日益增加,其资源也逐渐面临匮乏。目前药材市场上以假乱真的现象逐步加剧,因此地龙鉴定工作亟待解决。从对地龙及相关产品的鉴定报道来看,可将现有的鉴定方法大致分为基原鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定和分子鉴定。文章对各类鉴定方法的原理和应用进展作一综述,旨在为传统鉴定方法与现代新技术的结合提供思路,也为后续地龙及其相关产品的鉴定研究提供参考。

Pheretima is a commonly used animal Chinese medicinal material,and its source is basically wild.With the increasing demand,Pheretima resources are gradually facing lack.At present,the phenomenon of fake Pheretima in the medicinal material market has thinly intensified,so the identifying work of Pheretima needs to be solved urgently.Furthermore,judging from the identification researches of Pheretima and its related products over years,the existing identification methods can be roughly divided into origin identification,macroscopical identification,microscopical identification,physico-chemical identification,and molecular identification.This article reviews the principles and application progress of various identification methods of Pheretima,which aims to provide ideas for the integration of traditional identification methods with modern new technologies,and also provide a reference for subsequent research on the identification of Pheretima and its related products.
