《种福堂公选医案》内伤致痹医案解析

Analysis on medical records of arthralgia caused by internal injury in Zhongfutang Gongxuan Yian

《续刻临证指南医案》为华岫云补《临证指南医案》所遗而编辑。除风、寒、湿等外邪致痹外,饮食失节、情志失宜及烦劳等内伤因素亦可致痹。文章以饮食及烦劳致痹案、情志及饮食致痹案和阴火上逆致喉痹案为分类梳理《续刻临证指南医案·种福堂公选医案》相关医案。痹作为病机,可影响诸多疾病的发生发展,其他疾病出现痹病机时,亦可参考使用本文案例所用方药,即异病同治之理。

Xuke Linzheng Zhinan Yian was edited by HUA Xiu-yun to supplement the Linzheng Zhinan Yian.In addition to the arthralgia caused by exogenous pathogens such as wind,cold and dampness,internal injury factors such as diet,emotion and tiredness can also cause arthralgia.In this paper,the medical cases of arthralgia caused by diet and fatigue,the medical cases of arthralgia caused by emotion and diet,and the medical cases of pharyngitis caused by inversion of yin fire were classified and sorted out as the related medical cases of Xuke Linzheng Zhinan Yian·Zhongfutang Gongxuan Yian.Arthralgia,as a pathogenesis,can affect the occurrence and development of many diseases.When other diseases have the pathogenesis of arthralgia,we can also refer to the prescriptions used in this paper,namely,the principle of treating different diseases with the same method.
