Examples of the ancient method for present use on theories of famous doctors of the past from Yushan medical school

虞山医派自明清开始,学术思想逐渐成熟,海纳百川,兼容并蓄,代表人物众多,对中医药发展起到重要贡献。作为虞山本地杏林之士,笔者对虞山先贤学术思想有一定感悟,并常临证用之,多获良效。文章重点对缪希雍、喻嘉言、柯韵伯及陶君仁代表性学术思想进行阐述,并结合自身临床体会,明晰虞山医派部分学术脉络。

Since the Ming and Qing dynasties,the academic thought of Yushan medical school has gradually matured.This school is inclusive and has many representatives,and has made important contributions to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.As a local Xinglin scholar in Yushan,the auther has a certain understanding of the academic thought of Yushan famous doctors of the past,and often use it in clinical practice,and get good results.This paper focuses on the representative academic thoughts of MIAO Xi-yong,YU Jia-yan,KE Yun-bo and TAO Jun-ren,and combined with the auther own clinical experience,in order to clarify part of the academic context.
