This paper introduces the development process and current situation of carbon sinks at home and abroad,the development and transaction of carbon sink projects,and lists the transaction situation and economic value realization innovation mode of typical carbon sink projects of marine carbon sink and forestry carbon sink.According to the analysis,China will attach great importance to the development and market development of carbon sink projects such as forests and mangroves in the future and in the medium and long term,so as to promote the coordinated development of ecological environment and economy and society and realize the comprehensive green transformation.At the same time,it is necessary to carry out ecological governance projects,improve the ecological carbon sink verification system,and improve the ecological carbon sink trading mechanism,so as to enhance the ecological carbon sink capacity and realize the ecological value of carbon sinks through diversified means.
