摘要
针对某±500 kV直流输电线路架空地线悬垂线夹承重轴断裂的问题,结合该线路设计条件及平断面定位图、地形地貌、气象条件等,通过地线悬垂线夹外观、尺寸检查以及金相、硬度检测,对悬垂线夹受力情况进行了全面分析,认为造成地线悬垂线夹承重轴断裂的原因主要为档距比大、风力影响、地形地貌复杂等,并从技术和运维管理方面提出了优化档距、采用耐磨金具等处理建议及防范措施。
In view of the breakage of the load-bearing shaft of a±500 kV DC transmission line overhead ground wire clamp,combined with the design conditions of the line and the plane cross section diagram,topography and geomorphology,meteorological conditions,etc,through the appearance and size inspection of the ground wire suspension clamp,as well as metallographic and hardness testing,this paper comprehensively analyzes the stress of the suspension clamp,and concludes that the main causes of the load-bearing shaft fracture are large gear ratio,wind influence,complex topography and geomorphology,etc.From the aspects of technology and operation and maintenance management,treatment suggestions and preventive measures such as optimizing the gear span and using wear-resistant hardware.
