摘要
目的探究医院医保管理应用于医院管理中的临床效果。方法随机抽取本院100例住院患者,实施医保管理相关需求,并对20例医护人员展开医保管理问题调查,依照其需求实施医保管理。结果实施医保管理后,医护人员工作满意度显著优于实施前;住院患者对医保需求的满意度明显优于实施前,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论经研究可知,实施医保管理后,医护人员对医保政策有更加充分的了解,能够积极参与市场竞争,发展新技术与新业务,避免出现医保基金透支情况。实施医保管理,能够进一步推动医疗质量发展,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of hospital medical insurance management in hospital management.Methods The paper chose 100 inpatients in our hospital randomly to carry on medical insurance management,and investigated 20 medical staff on medical insurance management issues based on carrying out medical insurance management.Results After medical insurance management,job satisfaction degree of medical staff was significantly better than before;Satisfaction degree of inpatients with medical insurance demand was significantly better than before,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The study shows that after medical insurance management,medical staff have better understanding of medical insurance policies,can participate actively in market competition,develop new technologies and new businesses,and avoid medical insurance fund overdraft.Medical insurance management can further promote development of medical quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
