生化质控管理在现阶段医院检验科工作管理中的应用

Application of Biochemical Quality Control Management in Work Management of Laboratory Department of Hospital Currently

目的研究生化质控管理在现阶段医院检验科工作管理中的应用效果。方法选取在本院检验科于2020年10~12月工作的62位检验工作人员以及在此阶段经相关工作人员检验的74名患者作为本次研究对象,通过随机数字法将所有检验工作人员以及患者随机分为研究组(n=31,47)以及对照组(n=31,47)。对照组检验工作人员使用常规管理模式,研究组检验工作人员使用生化质控管理模式。比较两组检验工作人员使用不同管理后的效果。结果研究组检验工作人员的知识掌握评分、技能操作评分、检验效率评分、检验质量评分与学科发展评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组检验工作人员标本检验结果不达标情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组检验工作人员工作满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在现阶段医院检验科工作管理中应用生化质控管理效果显著,值得在检验科工作中推广应用。

Objective To study application effect of biochemical quality control management in work management of laboratory department l at current stage.Methods The paper chose 62 laboratory staff working in laboratory of our hospital from October to December 2020 and 74 patients tested by relevant staff at curent stage as study subjects,and divided them into study group(n=31,47)and control group(n=31,47)by random number method randomly.Control group was treated with routine management mode,while research group with biochemical quality control management mode.Effect of different management was compared between two groups.Results Scores of knowledge mastery,skill operation,test efficiency,test quality and discipline development of test staff in study group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sample test results of study group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Job satisfaction degree in study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Currently,biochemical quality control management can achieve significant effect in work management of laboratory department of hospital,which is worthy of promotion and application in laboratory department.
