摘要
微生物形态学检验作为医学检验的主要组成部分,其检验的环节包括涂片镜检、细菌鉴别、分类培养以及药敏实验等。并且,临床检测食物微生物的过程中,快速检测技术也被广泛应用于实际检测中,其具有较高的临床使用价值以及作用。同时,临床治疗中出现抗生素滥用以及病原菌耐药的情况逐渐严重。这对临床医生的疾病治疗提出了更大的难题。在以往大部分情况下,常是医生根据患者的实际情况再结合自身的临床经验,选择合理的抗生素为患者进行疾病治疗。但是,长期使用单一的抗生素进行治疗的效果较差,甚至会让患者产生耐药性,不利于感染性疾病患者的恢复。基于此,本文将主要针对微生物快速检验技术进行综述,以此保证人们的健康。
As main component of medical examination,microbiological morphology examination includes smear microscopy,bacterial identification,classified culture and drug sensitivity test.In addition,during process of clinical detection of food microorganisms,rapid detection technology has been widely applied in practical detection,which has high clinical value and role.At the same time,abuse of antibiotics and drug resistance of pathogens in clinical treatment bas been increasingly serious,which poses greater problem for clinicians to treat diseases.In most cases in the past,doctors often choose reasonable antibiotics to treat patients according to their actual conditions and clinical experience.However,long-term application of single antibiotic for treatment is not effective,and even makes patients resistant,which is not conducive to recovery of patients with infectious diseases.on the basis,the paper mainly reviews rapid microbial detection technology to ensure health of people.
