一种改进型普通医用护目镜的临床使用效果

Clinical Application Effect of an Improved General Medical Goggles

目的探讨改进型普通医用护目镜的防雾效果、鼻面部压力性损伤情况、佩戴舒适度及满意度。方法选取2020年11月10日-2020年11月15日本院发热门诊及急诊护士40人作为对照组,佩戴普通医用护目镜,选择2020年11月16日-2020年11月21日本院发热门诊及急诊护士40人作为观察组,佩戴改进型普通医用护目镜。观察比较两组的防雾效果、鼻面部压力性损伤情况、佩戴舒适度及满意度。结果观察组与对照组不起雾率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组鼻面部压力性损伤发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。佩戴舒适度比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度调查中,观察组满意度为97.50%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论使用改进型护目镜能有效防雾,减少鼻面部压力性损伤,增加舒适度、满意度。

Objective To investigate anti fog effect,nasal and facial pressure injury,wearing comfort and satisfaction degree of improved general medical goggles.Methods The paper chose 40 nurses in fever clinic and emergency department of the hospital from November 10 to November 15,2020 as control group,wearing ordinary medical goggles,and chose 40 nurses in fever clinic and emergency department of the hospital from November 16 to November 21,2020 as observation group,wearing improved ordinary medical goggles.Anti fog effect,nasal and facial pressure injury,wearing comfort and satisfaction degree between two groups was observed and compared.Results There was significant difference between observation group and control group in rate of no fogging(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between observation group and control group in incidence of rhinofacial pressure injury(P<0.05).Wearing comfort of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In satisfaction survey,satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved goggles can prevent fog,reduce nasal and facial pressure injuries,and increase comfort and satisfaction degree effectively.
