耳穴埋籽配合足三里穴位注射防治化疗引起的恶心呕吐的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Ear Point Seeding Combined with Zusanli Point Injection on Prevention and Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting Caused by Chemotherapy

目的观察化疗后恶心呕吐患者应用耳穴埋籽配合足三里穴位注射的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年10月-2021年2月化疗患者为研究样本,使用简单随机抽样法从其中选取90例化疗患者,并以奇偶数法分为研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组患者注射胃复安以预防恶心呕吐,研究组患者则应用耳穴埋籽配合足三里穴位注射的方法进行预防,比较两组患者恶心程度、呕吐程度、治疗满意度以及理疗总有效率。结果研究组患者恶心程度为0度的比例为60.00%,1度的比例为24.44%,2度的比例为8.89%,3度的比例为6.67%,可知研究组患者恶心程度显著低于对照组(χ^(2)=15.000,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.020;χ^(2)=11.791,P=0.001;χ^(2)=10.000,P=0.002)。研究组患者呕吐程度为0度的比例为53.33%,1度的比例为35.56%,2度的比例为6.67%,3度的比例为4.44%,可知研究组患者呕吐程度显著低于对照组(χ^(2)=14.221,P<0.001;χ^(2)=6.016,P=0.014;χ^(2)=11.275,P=0.001;χ^(2)=5.466,P=0.019);研究组患者理疗有效率为91.11%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总满意率为95.56%,显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.154,P=0.013)。结论耳穴埋籽配合足三里穴位注射法能够有效预防因化疗引起的恶心、呕吐情况,提高理疗效果,从而提高患者舒适度,有利于提升患者对化疗不良反应防治的满意度,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To observe clinical effect of ear point seed embedding combined with ZusanLi point injection for patients with nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.Methods The paper chose 90 cases chemotherapy patients in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2021 as study samples,and divided them into study group and control group by odd even number method,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was injected with metoclopramide to prevent nausea and vomiting,while study group with ear point seed embedding and ZusanLi point injection.Degree of nausea,vomiting,satisfaction degree with treatment and total effective rate of physical therapy was compared between two groups.Results Proportion of study group with nausea of 0 degree was 60.00%,that of 1 degree was 24.44%,that of 2 degrees was 8.89%,and that of 3 degrees was 6.67%.It can be seen that degree of nausea in study group was significantly lower than control group(χ^(2)=15.000,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.020;χ^(2)=11.791,P=0.001;χ^(2)=10.000,P=0.002).Proportion of study group with vomiting degree of 0 degree was 53.33%,that of 1 degree was 35.56%,that of 2 degrees was 6.67%,and that of 3 degrees was 4.44%.It can be seen that degree of vomiting in study group was significantly lower than control group(χ^(2)=14.221,P<0.001;χ^(2)=6.016,P=0.014;χ^(2)=11.275,P=0.001;χ^(2)=5.466,P=0.019).Effective rate of physiotherapy in study group was 91.11%,significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of study group was 95.56%,significantly higher than control group(χ^(2)=6.154,P=0.013).Conclusion Ear point seed embedding combined with ZusanLi point injection can prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy effectively,improve effect of physical therapy,comfort of patients,and is conducive to enhancing satisfaction degree with prevention and treatment of adverse reactions of chemotherapy,with high clinical application value.
