综合护理在肛裂术后患者护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing for Patients After Anal Fissure Operation

目的探讨综合护理在肛裂术后患者护理中的应用效果分析。方法将2016年1月-2019年12月在本院肛肠科治疗的106例肛裂术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合护理,对比两组的术后疼痛情况、术后恢复各指标、便秘发生情况、术后15d疗效。结果观察组术后6h、12h、24h、48h的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后下床活动时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3d内首次排便比例高于对照组,而肛门堵塞感、排便费力、粪便干硬等比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为96.23%,明显高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在肛裂术后患者护理中的应用效果显著,能提升术后康复疗效,有效减轻术后疼痛,减少便秘相关症状发生率,加快术后恢复速度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore and analyze effect comprehensive nursing in nursing of patients after anal fissure operation.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with anal fissure treated in anorectal department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 53 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comprehensive nursing.Postoperative pain,recovery indicators,constipation and effect of 15 days after operation was compared between two groups.Results VAS pain scores in observation group at 6h,12h,24h and 48h after operation were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);out of bed time,length of stay and wound healing in observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);proportion of the first defecation within 3 days after operation in observation group was higher than control group,while proportion of anal obstruction,hard defecation and dry stool in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of observation group was 96.23%,significantly higher than control group(79.25%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can achieve significant effect in nursing of patients after anal fissure surgery,improve postoperative rehabilitation effect,reduce postoperative pains,reduce constipation incidence related symptoms,and speed up postoperative recovery effectively,which has positive clinical significance.
