早期康复干预对早产儿出院后远期神经行为的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Intervention on Long-term Neurobehavior of Premature Infants After Discharge

目的分析早期康复干预对早产儿出院后远期神经行为的影响。方法将2020年4月-2021年4月本院收治的94例早产儿作为研究对象,平均分为对照组和观察组,每组47例早产儿,其中对照组早产儿接受常规干预措施,观察组早产儿在常规干预的基础基础上,接受早期康复干预措施。结果观察组早产儿的智能评分(109.35±10.14)分、运动发育评分(107.36±9.57)分、主动肌张力(7.52±0.69)分、行为能力(11.25±0.85)分、原始反射(5.96±0.28)分、被动肌张力(7.46±0.69)分、一般反应(6.03±0.26)分均明显优于对照组,且统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿实施早期康复干预措施,对于早产儿出院后远期神经行为有着积极影响,能够在很大程度上改善早产儿的生存质量,在临床上有较高的价值,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze effect of early rehabilitation intervention on long-term neurobehavior of premature infants after discharge.Methods The paper chose 94 premature infants admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021,and divided them into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.Premature infants in control group were treated with routine intervention,while those in observation group with early rehabilitation intervention on the basis of routine intervention.Results Scores of intelligence(109.35±10.14),motor development(107.36±9.57),active muscle tone(7.52±0.69),behavioral ability(11.25±0.85),primary reflex(5.96±0.28),passive muscle tone(7.46±0.69)and general response(6.03±0.26)in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention measures can achieve positive effect on long-term neurobehavior of premature infants after discharge,can increase life quality to a large extent,which has high clinical value and is worthy of promotion and application.
