疼痛管理模式在踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛中的应用

Application of Pain Management Model in Postoperative Pains of Ankle Fracture Patients

目的探析踝关节骨折患者应用疼痛管理模式进行干预对于患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选择本院于2019年8月-2020年8月收治的踝关节骨折患者66例,以随机数字表法划分为两组,各33例。对照组行常规护理模式进行干预,观察组行疼痛管理模式进行干预,以视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分对患者不同时间段的疼痛程度进行评估,应用关节活动度与负重情况对患者护理干预前后的踝关节功能进行评估,以生活质量量表对患者干预前后的生活质量进行评估。结果观察组在术后当日与术后1d的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的踝关节评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组间结果差异明显(P<0.05)。结论踝关节骨折患者应用疼痛管理模式进行干预,可缓解术后疼痛,恢复踝关节功能,有效提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of pain management mode on postoperative pain of patients with ankle fracture.Methods The paper chose 66 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020,and divided them into two groups by random number table,33 cases in each group.Control group was intervened by routine nursing mode,observation group by pain management mode.pain degree of patients in different time periods was evaluated by visual analog scores(VAS),ankle joint function before and after nursing intervention was evaluated by joint activity and weight bearing,and life quality before and after intervention was evaluated by life quality scale.Results VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group on the day and day after operation;Ankle joint scores of observation group after nursing was higher than control group,life quality scores of observation group after nursing was higher than control group,nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain management model can relieve postoperative pains of ankle fracture patients,restore ankle function,and improve life quality of patients effectively.
