道路行车油耗与工信部NEDC测试工况油耗水平差异的研究

摘要 本文为了明晰中国工信部NEDC(European Driving Cycle)测试工况与实际道路行车工况下的油耗水平差异,选取近三年销售排名前十的车型作为试验车型,通过搜集多个车主众测平台上的油耗数据以及在西安市周边收费站实地调查收集油耗数据,对比实际道路行车油耗和工信部油耗水平,量化了实际道路行车油耗和NEDC工况油耗之间存在的显著差异,分析得到该差异在较大程度地体现在高速公路实际行车条件下的高水平油耗,揭示了NEDC工况不能完全适用于中国车辆的实际行驶工况。通过采用美国环保局提出的修正方法,提出了适用于我国车辆实际行驶工况条件下的油耗修正模型,明晰了高速行驶油耗检测结果的偏差源于工信部NEDC测试工况中的高速工况对行驶速度、路面状况、路线条件、环境因素等因素的考虑不足。本文的研究结果可为我国行车工况的制定提供一定的方向和基础实证数据。 The purpose of this paper is to clarify the difference in fuel consumption between labels versus real-world in China.The fuel consumption of the label refers to the fuel consumption under European Driving Cycle(NEDC).The top ten selling vehicle brands and the specific types were selected as the dynamic test vehicles.In this manuscript,the fuel consumption data under actual road driving conditions is collected.Part of the fuel consumption data is collected on multiple internet platforms for sharing vehicle fuel consumption.Another part of the data is the supplementary data,which is obtained through field investigation in toll stations around Xi’an.By comparing the difference of vehicle fuel consumption between labels versus real-world,the significant difference of vehicle fuel consumption between the labels versus real-world was quantified.The results show that the difference is mainly reflected in the high fuel consumption under high-speed driving condition.It reveals that the vehicle operating test cycle adopted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is not fully applicable to the current actual driving conditions of Chinese vehicles.By adopting the correction method proposed by the US Environmental Protection Agency,the fuel consumption revised model suitable for the actual driving conditions of Chinese vehicles is proposed.The reason for the deviation of fuel consumption measurement data under high-speed driving conditions is that NEDC's operating cycle do not take into account factors such as driving speed,road conditions,route conditions,and environmental factors.The findings of this study will provide a reference for the formulation of test operating cycle in China.
