回填土地基的加固措施分析及处置效果研究

摘要 为有效保证回填土地基处理措施的有效性,地层工程性质评价,开展加固措施分析,再结合工后沉降监测成果,通过变形预测来实现地基加固措施的处置效果研究。实例分析表明:工作区浅部地层的工程性质相对较差,尤其素填土层大面积分布,难以满足工程需要,易引发工程问题,进而需对工作区浅部土体进行加固处理,以提高其工程性质;结合工程实际,“强夯+水泥土搅拌桩”的地基处理措施对本工程具有较强的适用性,且共计设计了2093个夯击点和44612根搅拌桩;最后,通过工后沉降变形预测地基处理后的沉降变形值相对较小,且变形趋于稳定方向发展,说明本工程的地基处理措施具有较强的合理性和有效性。 In order to effectively ensure the effectiveness of the treatment measures of the backfill soil foundation,based on the evaluation of the stratum engineering properties,the analysis of the reinforcement measures is carried out first,and then combined with the post construction settlement monitoring results,the treatment effect of the foundation reinforcement measures is studied through the deformation prediction.The case analysis shows that the engineering properties of the shallow stratum in the working area are relatively poor,especially the large area distribution of plain fill layer,which is difficult to meet the engineering needs and easy to cause engineering problems,so it is necessary to strengthen the shallow soil in the working area to improve its engineering properties;combined with the engineering practice,the foundation treatment measures of“dynamic compaction+cement soil mixing pile”have strong applicability for this project And a total of 2093 ramming points and 44612 mixing piles are designed;finally,through the prediction of post construction settlement deformation,it is concluded that the settlement deformation value after foundation treatment is relatively small,and the deformation tends to develop in a stable direction,which indicates that the foundation treatment measures of this project have strong rationality and effectiveness.
