摘要
为了揭示黄土隧道施工中粉尘浓度的分布特性,警示人们重视隧道施工环境的必要性,呵护工程建设者的身体健康,采用鑫思特HT-9600型空气质量检测仪,选取S25静宁至天水高速公路静宁至庄浪段南湖隧道进口左、右线为研究对象,获取隧道内施工环境PM2.5和PM10值,并在Excel和SPSS软件中进行数据统计分析,提出了相关性分析的因子强度模型。探讨了黄土隧道内施工粉尘浓度的总体分布特性,并深入分析了隧道内不同作业工序对PM2.5值的影响程度。研究得出黄土隧道内施工粉尘浓度值远高于隧道外环境粉尘浓度值;黄土隧道内PM2.5值的大小与隧道内施工工序相关,打锚杆和喷浆作业对PM2.5值的影响最大,立架和绑钢筋作业次之,开挖作业影响最小。研究结果可为黄土隧道施工通风设施的选择提供决策依据。
In order to reveal the distribution characteristics of dust concentration in loess tunnel construction,warn people to pay attention to the necessity of tunnel construction environment and protect the health of project builders.Using xinsite HT-9600 air quality detector,this paper selects the left and right lines of Nanhu tunnel entrance in Jingning Zhuanglang section of S25 Jingning Tianshui expressway as the research object,and obtains the construction environment PM2.5 and PM10,and carry out data statistical analysis in Excel and SPSS software,and put forward the factor intensity model of correlation analysis.The overall distribution characteristics of construction dust concentration in loess tunnel are discussed,and the effects of different working procedures on PM2.5 The influence degree of value.The results show that the dust concentration in the loess tunnel is much higher than that in the environment outside the tunnel;PM2.5 in Loess Tunnel The value of is related to the construction process in the tunnel,and the bolt driving and shotcreting operations have an impact on PM2.5 The value of has the greatest impact,followed by erection and reinforcement binding,and the impact of excavation is the least.The research results can provide guidance and suggestions for the selection and optimization of ventilation facilities in loess tunnel construction.
