摘要
早期评估是自闭症儿童接受教育干预的重要前提,而传统评估方法存在对专业人员要求高、受主观性影响较大的问题,不易普及,导致自闭症儿童的诊断延迟。对此,文章提出融合传统量表和计算机游戏的自闭症儿童在线评估方法,依据相关理论和标准化量表,设计五大能力维度的计算机游戏评估项目,构建星未来儿童在线评估系统,并在医院和特殊教育机构展开应用研究,结果表明:计算机游戏被大多数儿童接受,能有效区分典型发展和具有自闭症倾向的儿童,是一种可行的评估方法。文章的研究成果可为制定个性化干预计划提供支持,以推动自闭症儿童规模化早期筛查的开展。
Early evaluation is an essential prerequisite for educational interventions for children with autism. However,traditional evaluation methods have high demands on professionals and are greatly affected by subjectivity, which is not easy to popularize and results in delayed diagnosis of children with autism. Therefore, this paper proposed an online evaluation method for children with autism that integrated traditional checklists and computer games. According to relevant theories and standardized checklists, computer game evaluation projects with five ability dimensions were designed. An online evaluation system for future children was constructed, and its application research was conducted in hospitals and special education institutions. The results showed that the computer games were accepted by most children and could effectively distinguish between children with typical development and autism tendency, which were feasible evaluation methods. The results of this paper can support the development of personalized intervention plans and promote large-scale early screening of children with autism.
