摘要
教育实习是师范生发展教学实践能力的重要途径,但现实中还存在师范生教学实践能力培养的困顿,构建教育实习共同体被认为是可行的应对之策。信息技术支持共同体要素的系统整合,但当前其赋能教育实习共同体的实践理路还有待探讨。基于此,文章首先界定了教育实习共同体的概念;然后,文章以活动理论为指导,从活动要素出发,提出了技术赋能的教育实习共同体活动组织框架,并围绕活动定向、共同体组织、活动行动、活动评价与活动环境构建了技术赋能的师范生教育实习共同体活动模型;最后,文章将该模型应用到在实践案例中,证明技术赋能的师范生教育实习共同体活动模型能够有效促进师范生教学实践能力的发展。文章通过研究,旨在推动教育实习共同体的创新应用,切实强化师范生的教育实习教学实践。
Educational practice is an important way for normal students to develop their teaching practical ability, but in reality, there are still difficulties in the cultivation of teaching practice ability of normal students, and the construction of educational practice community is considered to be a feasible countermeasure. Information technology supports the systematic integration of community elements, but its practical way to empower the educational practice community remains to be explored. Based on this, this paper firstly discussed the connotation of educational practice community. Then, guided by activity theory, this paper put forward the organizational framework of technology-enabled educational practice community activities from the activity elements, and constructed a technology-enabled educational practice community activity model around activity orientation, community organization, activity action, activity evaluation and activity environment. Finally, the model was applied to practical cases, and it was proved that the technology-empowered educational practice community activity model for normal university students can effectively promote the development of normal university teacher students’ teaching practice ability. Through research, this paper aimed to promote the innovative application of the educational practice community and effectively strengthen the educational practice and teaching practice of normal university students.
