各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院、人民检察院、公安厅(局)、司法厅(局),新疆维吾尔自治区高级人民法院生产建设兵团分院、新疆生产建设兵团人民检察院、公安局、司法局:2017年10月,最高人民法院、司法部印发《关于开展刑事案件律师辩护全覆盖试点工作的办法》,在北京等8个省(直辖市)开展刑事案件审判阶段律师辩护全覆盖试点工作。
