老年起病的炎症性肠病临床特征的研究现况

Clinical characteristics of elderly-onset inflammatory bowel disease

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一组病因尚未阐明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病.如今老年起病的IBD患病率和现有患者基数正在增加,其疾病表型和病理生理学和临床特征与成人起病的IBD有所不同.为更好的进行老年IBD患者的疾病管理,准确地描述这一群体的独特特征、研究老年起病的IBD患者的疾病特点变得越来越重要.因此,本文将结合2017年至今国内外的文献报道,从发病机制、流行病学特征、临床特征及治疗这几方面对老年起病的IBD人群的特点做一阐述.

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory diseases whose etiology has not been elucidated.The prevalence of elderlyonset IBD is increasing;however,its disease phenotype,pathophysiology,and clinical characteristics are different from those of adult-onset IBD.In order to better manage elderly IBD patients,it is becoming increasingly important to accurately describe the unique characteristics of elderlyonset IBD.Therefore,this article,based on the domestic and foreign literature reports from 2017 to now,describes the characteristics of elderly-onset IBD with regard to pathogenesis,epidemiological characteristics,clinical features,and treatment.
