1例成人腹型过敏性紫癜病例报告

A Case Report of Adult Abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

过敏性紫癜又称为亨-舒综合征,是一种儿童最常见的血管炎,临床常表现为皮疹、关节炎、肾脏损害和腹痛,其中有腹痛表现者被称为腹型过敏性紫癜(AAP)。部分患者因皮肤症状出现较晚,容易被误诊为消化性溃疡、急性胃炎、肠痉挛等单纯消化系统疾病。文章现报告1例成人AAP病例,目的在于帮助临床医生加深对AAP的认识,提高对该病的诊治水平,以方便早期诊断及治疗。

Henoch-Schonlein purpura,also known as Henoch-Schonlein syndrome,is the most common vasculitis in children,with common clinical manifestations of rash,arthritis,kidney damage and abdominal pain.Those with abdominal pain manifestation are called abdominal Henoch-Schonlein purpura(AAP).Due to the late appearance of skin symptoms in some patients,this disease is easy to be misdiagnosed as peptic ulcer,acute gastritis,intestinal spasm and other simple digestive system diseases.A case of adult APP is reported to help clinicians deepen the understanding of this disease,improve the diagnosis and treatment level of this disease,and facilitate early diagnosis and treatment.
