黄葵胶囊联合贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病肾脏病的效果观察

Effects of Huangkui Capsule Combined with Beraprost Sodium in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)的效果。方法:选取2021年4月-2022年6月台山市中医院收治的80例DKD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予贝前列素钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄葵胶囊治疗。比较两组尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24 h尿蛋白定量及尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血管内皮指标、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果:治疗前,两组UAER、24 h尿蛋白定量、β2-MG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组UAER、24 h尿蛋白定量、β2-MG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)、静息状态下肱动脉内径基础值(D0)、反应性充血后内径(D1)指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FMD高于对照组,D0、D1指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Scr、BUN水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊与贝前列素钠联合治疗DKD,能够快速改善患者肾功能、血管内皮功能及尿液指标,缓解临床不良症状,控制用药不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of Huangkui Capsule combined with beraprost sodium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DKD).Methods:A total of 80 patients with DKN in Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with beraprost sodium,and the observation group was treated with Huangkui Capsule on the basis of control group.The urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),24 h urine protein quantification,urineβ2microglobulin(β2-MG),vascular endothelial indexes,serum creatinine(Scr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in UAER,24 h urine protein quantification andβ2-MG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of UAER,24 h urine protein quantification andβ2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of brachial artery flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD),basal value of brachial artery inner diameter at resting(DO)and reactive hyperemia internal diameter(D1)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of DO and D1 indexes were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of Scr and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huangkui Capsule and beraprost sodium in the treatment of DKN can quickly improve patients’renal function,vascular endothelial function and urine indicators,alleviate clinical adverse symptoms and control adverse drug reactions.
