新生儿静脉血与末梢血两种采血方式血常规检验结果分析

Analysis of Blood Routine Test Results of Two Blood Collection Methods(Venous Blood and Peripheral Blood)in Neonates

目的:分析新生儿静脉血与末梢血两种采血方式血常规检验结果。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月-2021年12月在成都市武侯区人民医院住院的对末梢血常规检测结果存疑,且复查静脉血的120例新生儿,分析两种采血方式的血常规检测结果。结果:静脉血血常规结果的白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数、单核细胞数均低于末梢血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);静脉血与末梢血嗜酸性粒细胞数、嗜碱性粒细胞数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。静脉血血常规结果的红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积均低于末梢血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);静脉血平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血小板数均高于末梢血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);静脉血与末梢血平均红细胞血红蛋白含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿静脉血较末梢血更能全面反映全身血液循环系统状况,在新生儿的诊疗中,临床若对末梢血血常规检测结果存在疑虑,建议复查静脉血。

Objective:To analyze the blood routine test results of two blood collection methods,venous blood and peripheral blood,in neonates.Methods:A total of 120 neonates who were hospitalized in Wuhou District People’s Hospital of Chengdu from July 2020 to December 2021 and had doubts about the results of blood routine test using peripheral blood in clinical practice and received venous blood review were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The white blood cells and the differential count of white blood cells,neutrophil counts,lymphocyte counts,and monocyte counts in the results of blood routine test using venous blood were lower than those using peripheral blood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in eosinophil count and basophil count between two groups(P>0.05).The red blood cells and related parameters red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,hematocrit,mean corpuscular volume in the results of blood routine test using venous blood were lower than those using peripheral blood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and platelet count in the results of blood routine test using venous blood were higher than those using peripheral blood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean corpuscular hemoglobin content between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with peripheral blood,venous blood of neonates can reflect the state of systemic blood circulation more comprehensively.In the diagnosis and treatment of neonates,it is recommended to review venous blood if the results of blood routine test using peripheral blood are doubtful.
