临床护理路径对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Clinical Care Pathway in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Surgery

目的:探讨临床护理路径应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者中的效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2021年10月于湖北省武穴市中医医院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的100例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在临床护理路径下开展护理,比较两组术后康复情况、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组首次进食时间、首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者开展临床护理路径的效果较好,有利于其术后康复,可降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical care pathways in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients,who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery in Wuxue Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei Province from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given care under a clinical care pathway.The postoperative rehabilitation,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The first feeding time,first exhaust time,first ambulation time,and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing clinical care pathway for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery has good effects,it is beneficial for their postoperative rehabilitation,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and improving nursing satisfaction.
