综合护理干预对冠心病合并糖尿病患者的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Diabetes

目的:分析综合护理干预对冠心病合并糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年11月江苏省苏州市吴江区中医医院收治的62例冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,应用随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、生活质量评分。结果:护理前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组物质功能、社会功能、日常生活、心理功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组物质功能、社会功能、日常生活、心理功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:将综合护理干预用于冠心病合并糖尿病患者中,能降低患者血糖水平,提升患者生活质量,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in coronary heart disease patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 62 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes who were admitted to Suzhou City Wujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected as study subjects.By using random envelope method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose)and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of material function,social function,daily life and psychological function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of material function,social function,daily life and psychological function of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes can reduce the blood glucose levels of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth applying and popularizing.
