基于因子分析法的慢性病患者健康赋权能力评价研究

Evaluation of Health Empowerment Ability of Patients with Chronic Diseases Based on Factor Analysis Method

目的:评价慢性病患者的健康赋权能力,为提高慢性病患者自我管理水平提供新思路。方法:选取478例慢性病患者作为研究对象,通过主成分分析法提取公因子,并使用方差最大法进行正交旋转,对提取的公因子进行命名及解释,最后建立因子得分模型,对慢性病患者的健康赋权能力进行评价。结果:基于探索性因子分析从性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、健康状况、病程、就医交通方便程度6个维度评价慢性病患者的健康赋权能力,科学合理地解决了共线性问题;责任信念因子、社会支持因子、自我健康管理因子等3个因子的累计方差贡献率达到79.576%,具有较高的解释力。结论:慢性病患者健康赋权能力受多种因素影响,医务工作者应综合多方因素,提高其健康赋权水平。

Objective:To evaluate the health empowerment ability of patients with chronic disease and provide a new idea for improving the self-management level of patients with chronic disease.Methods:A total of 478 patients with chronic diseases were selected as the study subjects,the common factors were extracted by principal component analysis method,and orthogonal rotation was performed by using variance maximization method.The extracted common factors were named and interpreted,and finally a factor scoring model was established to evaluate the health empowerment ability of patients with chronic diseases.Results:Based on exploratory factor analysis,the health empowerment ability of patients with chronic diseases was evaluated from six dimensions,including gender,marital status,educational level,health status,course of disease,and convenience of transportation for treatment.The problem of collinearity was solved scientifically and reasonably;the cumulative variance contribution rate of three factors,namely responsibility belief factor,social support factor and self-health management factor,reached 79.576%,which had high explanatory power.Conclusion:The health empowerment ability of patients with chronic diseases is affected by many factors,and medical workers should improve their health empowerment level by integrating various factors.
