社区老年骨质疏松症相关风险因素分析

Analysis of Risk Factors Related with Osteoporosis in Elderly of Community

目的:探究诱发社区老年人骨质疏松症的风险因素,并对其展开分析。方法:选取2020年5月-2022年5月于团结湖社区卫生服务中心参加体检的326例老年居民作为研究对象,并以问卷形式就诱发骨质疏松症的相关风险因素展开调查,应用单因素与多因素logistic回归分析法对调查结果进行分析,判断风险因素与骨质疏松的相关性。结果:通过单因素分析发现,老年骨质疏松与年龄、性别、体重指数、奶制品摄入、高钙食品摄入、家务劳动等因素密切相关。通过多因素分析发现,诱发社区老年疏松症的相关风险因素包括性别(女性)、年龄较大、奶制品及富钙食品摄入不足、家务劳动过少等;而日常运动时间较长,体重指数较高等因素能够有效预防骨质疏松的发生。结论:社区应积极对日常摄入奶制品及富钙食品不足、运动量过少的高龄老年人群进行合理干预,以减少骨质疏松症的发生。

Objective:To explore the risk factors to induce osteoporosis in the elderly of community.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2022,326 elderly residents who participated in physical examination in Tuanjiehu Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.Through a questionnaire survey,the related risk factors of osteoporosis were investigated.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the survey results,and determine the correlation of risk factors and osteoporosis.Results:Through univariate analysis,elderly osteoporosis was closely related to age,gender,body mass index,intake of dairy products,intake of high calcium food,housework and other factors.Through multivariate analysis,the risk factors to induce osteoporosis in the elderly of community included gender(female),older age,insufficient intake of dairy products and calcium-rich food,and less housework;while long daily exercise time and high body mass index can effectively prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis.Conclusion:The elderly people with insufficient daily intake of dairy products and calcium-rich food and less exercise should be reasonably intervened in the community to reduce the occurrence of osteoporosis.
