摘要
目的:探讨产科护理带教中应用问题互动式教学法的效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月德阳市人民医院产科接收的70例实习生为研究对象,分为对照组与研究组,各35例。2021年1-6月接收的实习生为对照组,实施常规教学方法,2021年7-12月接收的实习生为研究组,实施问题互动式教学方法,比较两组期末考核成绩,表现评价以及对教学的满意度情况。结果:两组理论成绩与医风医德成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习积极性、学习能力、自律意识、专业技能、学习方式评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对带教中授课方式、沟通方式、参与程度、带教教师满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:问题互动式教学方法有助于加强带教老师和学生的互动与沟通,在产科护理带教中能够提升教学效果、学生的全面素质以及学生对教学方式的满意度。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of the interactive question teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,70 interns received by Obstetrics Department of Deyang People’s Hospital were selectedas the study subjects and they were divided into control group and research group.The interns received from January 2021 to June2021 were included as the control group and conventional teaching method was implemented;The interns received from July 2021to December 2021 were included as the research group and interactive question teaching method was implemented.The finalassessment scores,performance evaluation and satisfaction with the teaching in two groups were compared.Results:There was nosignificant difference in the theoretical scores and medical ethics scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the practicalassessment scores in the research group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning enthusiasm,learning ability,self-discipline awareness,professional skills and learning method inthe research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thescores of satisfaction with the teaching method,communication method,participation degree and teachers in the research groupwere higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interactivequestion teaching method helps to strengthen the interaction and communication between teachers and students.In obstetricnursing teaching,it can improve the teaching effect,students’overall quality and students’satisfaction with the teaching method.
