摘要
目的:探讨运动想象疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗脑卒中偏瘫的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2022年9月江苏省常州市武进中医医院收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,以抽签法分为试验组与常规组,各40例。常规组给予基础康复治疗与护理,试验组给予运动想象疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激。比较两组日常生活能力、肢体运动功能、平衡功能、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗2、4、8周后,试验组日常生活自理能力量表评分、肢体运动功能评定量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以脑卒中偏瘫患者运动想象疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激具有理想效果,可促进患者肢体运动功能、日常生活能力以及平衡功能恢复,还可降低并发症的发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of motor imagery therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of stroke with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were diagnosed and treated in the Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and routine group with 40 cases in each group by drawing lots.The routine group was given basic rehabilitation therapy and nursing,and the experimental group was given motor imagery therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation.The activity of daily living,limb motor function,balance function and complications in two groups were compared.Results:At 2,4,8 weeks of treatment,the scores of activity of daily living scale,motor function rating scale and Berg balance scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motor imagery therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation for stroke patients with hemiplegia has an ideal effect,which can promote the recovery of limb motor function,activity of daily living and balance function,and reduce the risk of complications.
