曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布治疗外耳道真菌病的效果观察

Effect Observation of Topical Application of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream in Treatment of External Auditory Canal Mycosis

目的:探讨曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布治疗外耳道真菌病的效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2021年1月北京大学医院收治的48例外耳道真菌病患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,各24例。参照组给予硼酸洗液治疗,观察组给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、疼痛评分、日常生活质量评分、治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。观察组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分、日常生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于参照组,日常生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组治疗满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布治疗外耳道真菌病的效果显著,操作简单、便捷,治疗安全性高,可缓解患者疼痛程度,提高其日常生活水平,能满足临床治疗需求。

Objective:To investigate the effect of topical application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in the treatment of external auditory canal mycosis.Methods:A total of 48 patients with external auditory canal mycosis who were treated in Peking University Hospital from January 2015 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Through random number table method,48 patients were divided into reference group and observation group,with 24 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with boric acid solution and observation group was treated with topical application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,pain score,score of quality of daily living,and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain scores and scores of quality of daily living between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the score of quality of daily living was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The satisfaction with treatment in the observation group was higher than that in that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Topical application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in treatment of external auditory canal mycosis has a significant effect,with simple and convenient procedures and high safety of treatment.It can relieve the patient’s pain,improve their quality of daily life,and meet clinical treatment needs.
