活血通淋汤联合中医调护治疗女性尿路感染的效果观察

Effect Observation of Huoxue Tonglin Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Conditioning Care in Treatment of Female Urinary Tract Infection

目的:探讨活血通淋汤联合中医调护治疗女性尿路感染的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月北京市丰台区宛平社区卫生服务中心收治的60例女性尿路感染患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医调护联合活血通淋汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组尿频尿急、尿淋漓不尽、腰酸乏力、小腹坠胀证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组尿频尿急、尿淋漓不尽、腰酸乏力、小腹坠胀证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:活血通淋汤联合中医调护治疗女性尿路感染的效果显著,患者症状改善明显,复发率低。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Tonglin Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine conditioning care in the treatment of female urinary tract infection.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,60 female patients with urinary tract infection who were treated in Wanping Community Health Service Center in Fengtai District of Beijing were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets,and the observation group was treated with TCM conditioning care and Huoxue Tonglin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of frequent and urgent urination,incomplete bladder emptying,soreness of loins and weakness,and lower abdominal distension syndromes between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of frequent and urgent urination,incomplete bladder emptying,soreness of loins and weakness,and lower abdominal distension syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:Huoxue Tonglin Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine conditioning care in the treatment of female urinary tract infection has significant effects.The patient’s symptoms improve quickly,and the recurrence rate is low.
