芍药汤合葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果观察

Effect Observation of Shaoyao Decoction and Gegen Qinlian Decoction in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:分析芍药汤合葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年10月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的138例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为中药组与西药组,各69例。西药组采用常规西药治疗,中药组在西药组的基础上加用芍药汤合葛根芩连汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血清炎性指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:中药组治疗总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。中药组降钙素原、白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芍药汤合葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,可显著改善患者炎性指标水平,且不会增加不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shaoyao Decoction and Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 138 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Beijing Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,with 69cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with conventional western drugs and Chinese medicine group was treated with Shaoyao Decoction and Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of Western medicine group.The treatment effect,levels of serum inflammatory indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).The levels of procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shaoyao Decoction and Gegen Qinlian Decoction has significant effects in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,it can significantly improve the levels of serum inflammatory indexes,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
