葡萄球菌感染肺炎患儿血清超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平变化情况及临床意义分析

Changes of Serum High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and Procalcitonin Levels in Children with Pneumonia Caused by Staphylococcal Infection and Clinical Significance Analysis

目的:分析葡萄球菌感染肺炎患儿血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平变化情况的临床意义。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年2月湖北省咸宁市妇幼保健院收治的58例葡萄球菌感染肺炎患儿作为观察组,选取同期进行健康体检的58例儿童作为对照组。比较两组血清hs-CRP、PCT水平;绘制ROC曲线,分析PCT和hs-CRP在葡萄球菌感染肺炎中的诊断效能(灵敏度和特异度)。结果:观察组PCT、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);ROC曲线结果表明,PCT联合hs-CRP在葡萄球菌感染肺炎中诊断灵敏度与特异度高于单一PCT、hs-CRP,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:对于葡萄球菌感染肺炎的患儿进行血清hs-CRP以及PCT水平检测,可以对感染情况进行早期判断,提高诊断准确性,有利于后期治疗的开展。

Objective:To analyze the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT)levels in children with pneumonia caused by staphylococcal infection and clinical significance.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with pneumonia caused by staphylococcal infection admitted to Xianning Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Hubei Province from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the observation group.During the same time period,58 children for healthy checkups were selected as the control group.Serum hs-CRP and PCT levels in two groups were compared;ROC curve was plotted;The diagnostic efficacy (sensitivity and specificity) of PCT and hs-CRP in pneumonia caused by staphylococcal infection was analyzed.Results:The PCT and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P=0.012).The results of ROC curves showed that the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of PCT combined with hs-CRP in pneumonia caused by staphylococcal infection were higher than those of PCT and hsCRP alone,and the difference ware statistically significant (P=0.000).Conclusion:The detection of serum hs-CRP and PCT levels in children with pneumonia caused by staphylococcal infection can make early judgments of the infection,improve the diagnostic accuracy,and is beneficial for later treatment.
