腹腔热灌注化疗联合全流程护理干预对胃肠肿瘤术后患者的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy Combined with Whole-Process Nursing Intervention in Patients After Gastrointestinal Tumor Surgery

目的:探讨腹腔热灌注化疗联合全流程护理干预对胃肠肿瘤术后患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年12月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的150例胃肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例。两组患者术后均采用腹腔热灌注化疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全流程护理干预。比较两组治疗效果、生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:腹腔热灌注化疗联合全流程护理干预对胃肠肿瘤术后患者的应用效果显著,可改善患者的治疗效果及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with whole-process nursing intervention in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods:A total of 150 patients with gastrointestinal tumor treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from April 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy after surgery.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole-process nursing intervention.The treatment effect and quality of life scores in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in the quality of life scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with whole-process nursing intervention has significant application effects in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery,it can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients.
