中医辨证施护在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients After Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的:探讨中医辨证施护在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年1月台山市中医院进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的140例患者为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采用常规护理的方式,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证施护。比较两组护理后并发症发生情况、住院时间、肠道排气时间、护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);观察组肠道排气时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组护理态度、操作技能、健康教育满意度、护理方案满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:采用中医辨证施护对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者进行护理,能够有效降低患者并发症发生率,缩短患者的住院时间,患者对术后的满意度明显提高,具有较好的临床护理意义。

Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:A total of 140 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by sortation method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of control group.The incidence of complications after nursing,length of hospital stay,intestinal exhaust time and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).The intestinal exhaust time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Nursing attitude,operational skills,health education satisfaction,and nursing program satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in patients after laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and significantly improve the postoperative satisfaction of patients.It has good clinical nursing significance.
