人性化细节护理在健康体检者中的应用效果观察

Observation of Application Effect of Humanized Detail Nursing in Health Examination Subjects

目的:探讨人性化细节护理在健康体检者中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年4月-2022年4月在深圳市龙岗中心医院进行健康体检者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化细节护理。比较两组护理质量评分、心理状态评分、依从度评分、护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组基础护理、体检环境、健康宣教、服务态度、总分评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组及时治疗、生活习惯、运动锻炼、饮食习惯、总分评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。结论:在为健康体检者进行护理时,选择人性化细节护理能够进一步提高护理质量,缓解健康体检者在候诊期间的负面心理状态,提升健康体检者对体检工作的依从度,并降低健康体检者在体检期间出现不良事件的发生风险。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized detail nursing in health examination subjects.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2022,100 health examination subjects in Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the observation group adopted humanized detail nursing.The nursing quality score,psychological state score,compliance score,nursing satisfaction and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results:The basic nursing,physical examination environment,health education,service attitude,and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P=0.000).The score of the self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000).The scores of timely treatment,living habits,sports and exercise,dietary habits and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P=0.000).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.021).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.029).Conclusion:In the nursing process for health examination subjects,selection of humanized detail nursing can further improve the quality of nursing,relieve the negative psychological state of health examination subjects during the period of waiting,raise the compliance of health examination subjects for physical examination work,and reduce the risk of adverse events occurring during physical examination.
