盐酸托莫西汀联合耳部铜砭刮痧及压豆法治疗注意缺陷多动症患儿的疗效观察

Efficacy of Atomoxetine Hydrochloride Combined with Ear Copper Bianstone Scraping and Bean Pressing in Children with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

目的观察注意缺陷多动症(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿应用盐酸托莫西汀合耳部铜砭刮痧及压豆法治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月期间湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院(湖南省直中医医院)儿童保健科收治的ADHD患儿90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。对照组给予盐酸托莫西汀治疗,研究组给予盐酸托莫西汀合耳部铜砭刮痧及压豆法治疗。治疗2个月后,观察比较两组患儿综合尺度注意力商数(Comprehensive attention quotient,FAQ)、综合尺度反应控制商数(Comprehensive response control quotient,FRCQ)、智商(Intelligence quotient,IQ)、ADHD判定量表(Swanson,Nolan and Pelham-IV rating scales,SNAP-IV-26)评分、Conners父母症状问卷(Parent symptom questionnaire,PSQ)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患儿FAQ、FRCQ、IQ值均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿SNAP-IV-26各因子评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿PSQ各因子评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组总有效率93.02%(40/43)高于对照组77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ADHD患儿应用盐酸托莫西汀合耳部铜砭刮痧及压豆法治疗可有效改善患儿注意力、控制力及IQ值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with ear copper bianstone scraping and bean pressing on children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 90 ADHD children who were treated in the Pediatric Department in Hunan Province Directly Affiliated TCM Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were included and randomized into a control group(n=45)and a study group(n=45).The control group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with ear copper bianstone scraping and bean pressing method.After two months of treatment,the full-scale attention quotient(FAQ),full-scale response control quotient(FRCQ),intelligence quotient(IQ),Swanson,Nolan and Pelham,Version IV Scale-Teacher Form(SNAP-IV-26)score,Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ)score,and treatment efficiency were compared.Results After treatment,the FAQ,FRCQ,and IQ of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and they were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of each item in SNAP-IV-26 was lower than that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of each set in PSQ was lower than before treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(93.02%,40/43)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%,35/45)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with ear copper bianstone scraping and bean pressing method in children with ADHD has an ideal effect in improving children′s attention,control,and IQ value,and this method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
