中医对糖尿病肾病的理论认识源远流长,相关理论不断发展和完善,强调其病位主要在肾,病机以阴津亏损,燥热偏盛为主,总属本虚标实,其辨证分型各家纷纭,尚未统一,但中医治疗效果越来越突出,可有效改善肾功能,目前在辨证论治、单味药物治疗、经方加减、其他中医疗法治疗等多点治疗方案均取得不错疗效。

Diabetic nephropathy,as one of the most important chronic complications of diabetes,is currently the leading cause of end-stage renal disease.Studies have found that TCM treatment of CKD has the advantage of taking both specimens into consideration,and it has achieved good results in improving objective indicators and long-term efficacy.The purpose of writing this article is to collect relevant research data on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine through literature search,analyze and sort them,and provide clinical reference for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine.
