翁剑飞从“虚实滞损”辨治慢性前列腺炎经验

WENG Jianfei’s Experience on Treating Chronic Prostatitis from Perspective of"Deficiency,Excess,Stagnantion and Loss"

总结翁剑飞辨治慢性前列腺炎辨治经验。认为慢性前列腺炎是脏腑气血津液“虚实滞损”在前列腺的反应,肾虚是本病起病的核心要素,脾虚、肝郁是病理产物交织蕴郁及病情迁延的关键环节。气血湿热蕴郁是肾虚、肝郁、脾虚等脏腑代谢失常的结果,同时也是本病发生、发展的重要病理因素,湿热血瘀胶结不解,凝滞精室(前列腺),则为精浊(前列腺炎)等病,久则可致局部组织增生、结石等。治疗上,强调补肾、健脾、疏肝为重,清利湿热、理气散瘀是减轻症状、消除病理产物的重要治法,同时注重生活调摄,辅以坐浴、手法按摩等外治疗法。

It is to summarize the experience of WENG Jianfei in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.It is considered that chronic prostatitis is the reaction of"deficiency,excess,stagnation and loss"of Zang-Fu organs,Qi,blood and body fluid in the prostate.Kidney deficiency is the core element of the onset of the disease.Spleen deficiency and liver depression are the key links of interweaving pathological products and the prolongation of the disease.Qi,blood and damp-heat accumulation is not only the result of abnormal metabolism of Zang-Fu organs such as kidney deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency,but also an important pathological factor in the occurrence and development of this disease.If damp-heat and blood stasis are not resolved,and the seminal chamber(prostate)is stagnated,then it is a disease such as semen turbidity(prostatitis).If it lasts for a long time,it can cause local tissue hyperplasia,stones,etc.In terms of treatment,its emphasis is placed on tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and soothing liver.Clearing away dampn-heat,regulating Qi and removing blood stasis are important therapeutic methods to alleviate symptoms and eliminate pathological products.At the same time,it pays attention to life adjustment,supplemented by external treatments such as sitting bath and manual massage.
