左归丸治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展

Research Progress of Zuogui Pill in the Treatment of Early-Onset Ovarian Insufficiency

早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)指女性40岁以前,因卵巢功能减退而引起的一系列典型绝经综合征样表现,同时实验室检查伴有雌激素下降、促性腺激素水平升高等的一种疾病。由于卵巢功能过早衰竭,可能导致年轻的POI妇女严重的远期健康风险。因其病因、病理机制尚不明确,西医主要采用的激素替代治疗,存在不良反应及禁忌证,故而大部分患者无法长期治疗,导致转归不良。补肾经典方左归丸不良反应小,患者依从性好,在治疗POI上有其独到的优势。因此就左归丸在POI中的应用作一综述,以求对POI的治疗有所裨益。

Early onset ovarian insufficiency(POI)refers to a series of typical menopausal syndrome like manifestations caused by ovarian dysfunction before the age of 40.At the same time,laboratory examination is accompanied by decreased estrogen and increased gonadotropin levels.Premature ovarian failure may lead to serious long-term health risks in young women with POI.Because the etiology and pathological mechanism are not clear,the hormone replacement therapy mainly used in western medicine has side effects and contraindications.Therefore,most patients cannot be treated for a long time,resulting in poor prognosis.Zuogui pill,a classic prescription for tonifying the kidney,has small side effects and good patient compliance.It has its unique advantages in the treatment of POI.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of Zuogui Pill in POI,in order to be beneficial to the treatment of POI.
