采用数据挖掘技术分析中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证用药规律

Analysis on Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome by Using Data Mining Technology

目的探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证的临床用药规律。方法在中国知网、维普及万方数据库中检索关于中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的文献,运用中医传承计算平台V3.0进行频次统计、关联分析、聚类分析等。结果共收入107首处方,涉及药物169味,药物四气主要是温性、平性、寒性,五味以甘、苦、辛味多见,归经主要归属脾、胃、肺、肝经。其中频次较高的中药分别是白术、甘草、茯苓、党参、白芍、半夏、黄芪、砂仁、陈皮、莪术;药物组合47组,常用的有白术-甘草、白术-茯苓等,关联规则共41条,关联强度较高的有陈皮-甘草→白术,茯苓-丹参→甘草,聚类药物有5组。结论通过数据挖掘发现中医治疗CAG脾胃虚弱证时,重视整体病机变化,在补虚的基础上运用行气、化湿、活血等方法,提高了临床疗效,充分体现中医辨证论治、标本同治的思想,可为中医临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证提供参考。

Objective To explore the clinical application rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods Petrieve the literature on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine in the database of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 was used to perform frequency statistics,association analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 107 prescriptions were received,involving 169 drugs.The four natures of drugs were mainly mild,flat and cold.The five flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridians mainly belonged to spleen,stomach,lung and liver meridians.Among them,the most frequently used Chinese medicines are Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Sharen(Amomi Fructus),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)and Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma);47 groups of drugs commonly used were Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Fuling(Poria),etc.The association rules were 41 items in total,and those with higher correlation were Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)→Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria)-Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)→Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).There were 5 groups of cluster drugs.Conclusion Through data mining,it is found that TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome pays attention to the overall pathogenesis changes,and uses the methods of promoting Qi,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation on the basis of tonifying,which improves the clinical efficacy and fully reflects the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the symptom and root cause are treated at the same time.The thoughts can provide references for the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.
