基于“痰饮致眩”理论探析梅尼埃病的因机证治

Analysis of Menier’s Disease Based on Theory of"Phlegm and Body Fluid Causing Dizziness"

梅尼埃病是一种以眩晕为主要表现,同时伴有听力下降,耳鸣等症状的疾病,其病理基础为内耳膜迷路积水。膜迷路积水是一种病理性水液代谢产物,在中医学方面其属于痰饮范畴。将现代医学的梅尼埃病与传统医学的痰饮型眩晕相结合,基于“痰饮致眩”理论,在中医角度分析梅尼埃病的病因、病机、证型、治则。同时还对“痰饮致眩”理论治疗梅尼埃病的现代应用做出了阐述。

Meniere’s disease is a disease with vertigo as the main manifestation,accompanied by hearing loss,tinnitus and other symptoms,and its pathological foundation is the water lost in the inner eardrum.Membrane lost water is a pathological water metabolite,which belongs to phlegm and body fluid in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper combines the Menier’s disease of modern medicine with vertigo due to phlegm and body fluid in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of"phlegm and body fluid causing dizziness",it analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of Menier’s disease in the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,the modern application of"phlegm and body fluid causing dizziness"theory to treat Menier’s disease is also expounded.
